The Department of Public
Instruction has been publishing this journal for the last two years. Until July
1999, this was published bi-monthly. However, to accommodate more information,
the number of pages in the journal were increased from 4 to 20 during 2001-2002.
News in
this journal, reports pertaining to the department, government orders,
information about teaching practices, experiments in reputed institutions,
achievements of teachers and students are published. Articles by experts and
information deemed useful for teachers are also incorporated.
